Welcome to Sole Remedy the home visiting service for pregnant and non-pregnant clients living in South West Kent, Maidstone Weald, Medway and Swale.

Sole Remedy offers a variety of therapeutic services in the comfort of your own home including reflexology, moxibustion, ear candle therapy, and baby resuscitation. I am a qualified reflexologist and a member of the Association Of Reflexologists.

The reflexology work has grown considerably and offers a service not only for pregnant and post delivery clients but also to non pregnant clients or those trying to conceive.

I believe being a practising midwife has enabled me to gain huge experience and works well with this service.

The other treatments that are offered, moxibustion and ear candle therapy, are both amazing therapies and I have gained fantastic results with clients.

Baby Resuscitation courses are becoming increasingly popular and are run as a one-off session in your own home for a minimum of five participants. Hands on practise is offered with use of the baby resuscitation doll and care of the choking baby is also covered.

Please do not leave your baby with anyone that does not know how to resuscitate a baby.
