I have been having reflexology treatments with

Sally for 11 months now and I

have found them to be invaluable!!!

 

It was a great help during my pregnancy combating back ache and fatigue plus it was a life line when I went overdue and didn’t want to be induced. Instead Sally was able to work her magic and my labour started naturally.

Now post pregnancy battling with a new baby, up and down hormones and exhaustion reflexology is getting me through it! For one hour a month I am able to chill out, recharge and relax whilst dreaming about being on a tropical beach- pure bliss!

 

But what makes this treatment so much more different and special from and other reflexology treatment is Sally! She has been truly fantastic and her midwifery knowledge mixed with her down to earth approach has been a life saver!

I first met Sally a week before my daughter Evie

was due as I had been told she was a very talented

reflexologist who could both ease the discomfort of

being so massive (!) and, as the due date got closer,

would be able to use reflexology for induction purposes.

 

As soon as she walked in the door I felt totally at ease and knew I was in very capable hands. Sally explained fully how she would go about the session and I had a thoroughly relaxing hour. Needless to say, following my induction session with Sally I went into labour within 48 hours! Sally was also of huge comfort and help a couple of weeks after my daughter was born when I was struggling to get her to take a bottle.

 

Sally spent a good few hours with me and gave me the confidence to believe in what I was doing which was absolutely priceless!
