STANDARD ORDERS
Standard Orders under £25 are £2.95 for P&P. Shipped via Royal Mail ‘2nd class’ service. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the date your order is received & no signature is required.
Standard Orders over £25 are FREE. These are shipped via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service and normally arrive within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date your order is received & no signature is required. You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched.
Parcels can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if specifically instructed on the order but please note that by selecting this option you take responsibility for the parcel should it go missing following delivery.
EXPRESS ORDERS
Tracked 24 with Signature are £7.95 P&P
Normally arrives next business day, tracked & requires a signature.
Express Orders placed before noon will normally be delivered the NEXT WORKING day. [Please note orders placed on a Friday before noon will not be delivered until Monday]
Deliveries to remote locations (including highland or island addresses) may take up to 2 days longer.
Returns
What happens if I need to return an item?
We hope you love your purchase but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you’ve received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance to start the returns process. You will then be required to simply return your items back to us in new condition and we will offer an exchange or refund your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note, we cannot cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
